Information on Classes
- The classes at The Quilted Garden are fun and informative! We ask that you let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel. If you decide to cancel prior to 48 hours of the class, you will receive a credit note toward another class. There is no refund or credit given for a “no show”.
- Classes start promptly – plan to arrive 10 minutes prior. Please do not bring children or guests to class. Be courteous and turn off your cell phone or answer your calls outside the classroom.
- Make sure that your sewing machine is in good working order! Bring the accessories – especially a ¼" foot, bobbins, extra needles, a small 6 inch ruler, scissors, seam ripper, pencil and a notepad. A rotary cutter, self-healing cutting mat and grid-marked rulers are also necessary for the classes. A walking foot for your sewing machine will be required for any machine quilting.
- When you register and pay for a class, you will receive a 10% discount on your fabric purchase toward the class project. Feel free to ask for assistance in choosing your fabrics. Please do this well in advance of the day of your class, as your fabrics may require washing to prevent shrinkage during construction.
